Important Announcements...What recent customers are saying about TExES MasterWhat new customers are saying about TExES Master April 5, 2013 Thank You so much for this great study guide!! It really helped me pass my PPR exam. I am so excited that I can't express all that I feel! Thank You Again!! :-) Agulam Husein Dear Mr. Williams, I want to take this time to thank you personally for making such a great study material. I first heard of your product from a friend and how it really helped her to prepare for the teacher exam. Therefore, with nothing to lose, I gave it a shot and passed the generalist EC-4 on the first try. However, I had wish I had done the same thing for the PPR test. I had to take the PPR EC-4 test three times before it dawn on me that I needed to do the same thing that I had done for the generalist. In my last effort attempt before the test would no longer exist, I purchased your product for the PPR test and begin to study everyday non- stop. I would watch your video every other day and visit this website to read other people's testimonies to motivate me in the learning process. I also study the competencies as well to become familiar on what a teacher should know. Let me say, that your study aid material prepared my mindset to think like the test and I am now proud to say that I passed the test with a score of 266. I went from a 229, 213, and 238 to a whooping 266. Once again, thank you for creating a wonderful product. I am telling all my friends at the university about your product. Sincerely, Latonia Thank you so much for your helpful materials. I passed my state exam that I took last Friday! I had not done well with practice exams and other materials I had purchased before. Yours made the difference! Thanks again!! Rita R. Madrid Mr. Williams, I had taken the early childhood test seven times before I became aware of your study materials. I followed your instructions and studied everyday for six weeks and I passed the test. After passing the EC-4 Generalist test I purchased your TExES Master PPR EC-4 study kit. I studied the kit for five weeks and I passed my test on May 24, 2010. I have been passing the word regarding your study materials. Thank you.... Thank you for your exquisite EC-4 PPR Exam kit. I love how you set up the six weeks study routine. This was my last resort because I tried several other resources. I bought this kit on December 12, 09 and I passed my test on February 6, 2010. Sincerely, Aldridge Jack Dear Mr. Williams, I'm one of the many who used your study guide in Texas and passed the test. Your guide was very helpful not only in test taking but also using it in the classroom. Thank you and may you have more people to help. Lei Art I passed my Generalist EC-4 test. Thank you for encouraging me to stick to the plan and study the cards. May God bless you to keep on keeping on. Thank you, Alice Fillmore I just found out today that I passed the Spec Ed 161 exam with a 275! And on the first try! I feel it is all due to your study materials. I had purchased another product at Barnes and Noble but felt it was not making me as prepared as I wanted. I bought your product with a little over three weeks until the test. Using your flash cards and taking the practice exam really made me feel ready. I had taken the practice test on the ETS website and did horribly! I found the questions confusing and hard to decipher. Practicing how to read the test and using the test taking tips really was the life saver I needed. I was worried I had been out of school too long and that the alternate certification program just was not enough to prepare me for a complete career change at 37 years old. I'm so glad I found your products!!! Now I'm getting ready for the Gen EC-4 exam in Feb and I'm definitely going to order your materials. And I fully expect to pass the first time using them!!!! Forever in your debt, Molly Beasley Lake Jackson, TX Just a note of thanks for this great preparation kit. I started using it 6 weeks ago, took my test this past Saturday and passed with a 281. I wasn't sure if I would be able to dedicate enough time to the program but once I got started it just seemed to fit into my daily activities. I took my flash cards everywhere and pulled them out while standing in line or waiting to pick up my son and Competency Overview really broke down the 13 competencies for me and made them less intimidating. . This program is very flexible and it obviously helped me. I recommend anyone studying for this test to pick up this program, it works! Michael Merced Fort Worth, TX If you ever need any additional references I would be happy to provide. I scored a 292 using your TExES Master EC-4 program and look forward to similar results with the ESL. Thank You, Brenda Chapel Thank you so much for your products. I am currently studying for the PPR EC-4. Your products are very informing and you get all the information together and not scattered through this and that pamplet. Thank you again and I will let you know when I take the PPR. God Bless! Gwen Hegefeld Art, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR MATERIALS. I APPRECIATE YOUR DEDICATION TO CREATE THE STUDY GUIDE TO HELP OTHERS GET THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND CONFIDENCE TO PASS THE EXAMS. I HAVE PASSED THE PEDAGOGY EC-4 AS WELL. I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW TO ADD ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY. I WILL TELL, YOU BEFORE I RECEIVED YOUR MATERIALS, I WAS VERY WORRIED AND WAS NOT GIVING THE TIME NECESSARY TO PREPARE FOR THE TESTS. YOUR OUTLINE NOT ONLY ASSISTED WITH THE INFORMATION BUT ALSO HELPED WITH TIME MANAGEMENT AND STUDY SKILLS AS WELL. THANKS AGAIN, JEAN MARIE LEONARD Dear Art, Before purchasing your product, I was feeling doubtful. I had purchased two other PPR study guides that absolutely did not function for me. I started to lose confidence that I will ever be an educator in state of Texas. I attempted the exam on six occasions and failed each time. I even scored low as a 198 when using the other study guides. So I purchased your product. If I failed again, then I would have to change careers. When I purchased your product, I had only 3 weeks instead of the recommended 6 weeks. So I studied long, long hours. Your video helped tremendously and also the flashcards. Your tactic for the study guide hit bull’s eye - right on target. I scored 258 on the seventh attempt! Now I can pursue my dreams as an educator and also as an education administrator. This product is not a bogus. While watching your video you made those terrible feeling disappear. Thanks. I have recommended your study kit to many people who have now purchased your product. Not even my professor could prepare me well for the exam as well as your product. Hi Art, I have been so impressed with your products for EC-4 and PPR EC-4 I have decided to pursue my ESL Certificate and I just ordered the ESL kit. I look forward to receiving it. (The order is being shipped to me in Garland but may be under my dad's name (Harold Woods) as he was so happy about me passing my other exams he is paying for this one as well. Might as well get the ESL while you have me in the "studying" frame of mind... Thanks for everything. Respectfully Yours, CaTrina L. Wright Dear Art (and the HELP Team), I just wanted to take minute (ok a few minutes) and share my success story about TExES Master. (Feel free to share this testimonial on your website) My journey began in 2001. I was slated to graduate in August 2002 and had completed my Elementary Ed coursework. I took the practice ExCET exam that my school offered and failed it miserably. My degree was for Elementary Ed grades 1-8 with a Specialization in English. I have never been a particularly good test taker - they just seem to intimidate me. While elementary math is fun - middle school math is not my favorite pastime. So I graduated in 2002 without my certification, got married, and took a job in the corporate world. In 2003 I decided to again pursue getting my certification. I was happy that the certification was broken down into EC-4 and 4-8. I had no problems with the content areas in EC-4. So I searched high and low (online and in bookstores) for a product to help me prepare, especially since I had been out of school for a year. I was unsuccessful until I literally stumbled upon TExES Master. I bought the kit for EC-4 Generalist and the EC-4 PPR. The kit arrived but having flashbacks to my failure on the practice ExCET I was terrified. I figured I could always take it "later". In the meantime I decided to pursue my Master's Degree in 2004 which I completed in 2006. Upon completing my Master's Degree I decided to really get focused and take my certification exams. I was born to be a teacher. Although newer versions were published - I dug up my TExES Master kit from 2003 and began to study. Then I found out I was pregnant and my husband was laid off so studying again took a back seat. Finally, on 10/11/07, which happened to be my 30th birthday I took the EC-4 Generalist Exam. Although the kit suggests 6 weeks of study - I studied for 5 weeks. I did the computer based test and was a nervous wreck. I took a deep breath and took the exam. I thought something was wrong because I had five hours to finish the exam and was finished in about 2 hours. I then decided to go back over the questions I was unsure about. I did not change 1 answer. I was shaking when I hit submit and the great thing about the computer test is it gave me a raw score right then (82/100). Although it is hard to tell how you really did because the questions are weighted differently, I was pretty confident that I passed. In the end I scored a 270/300 (90%). I was so excited! When I got home that day I scheduled my exam for the EC-4 PPR exam for the end of November and began studying - THAT DAY! By my 2nd week of studying I realized it would kill me to wait until the end of November so I changed my exam date to 11/8/07, allowing me 4 weeks to study. I took the exam and again was shaking when I hit submit. My score was a 65. I was near tears all the way back to my car... Then I looked again - I thought I scored 65/100. However on the PPR there are only 80 questions so I scored 65/80. I didn't want to get too excited so I called you (the Founder of TExES Master - Art Williams) - using the phone number in the book and on the website. I had to leave a message with your wife but I was astounded when you (Art) called me back directly within 30 minutes! Although you couldn't guarantee a score you advised me that you were confident that 65/80 was a Pass. Sure enough when my official score came in I scored 261/300 (87%). I cannot say enough positive things about this product. The format of the questions was EXACTLY as stated on the practice exams that came with both study kits. Some questions were nearly identical. Keep in mind I did not even upgrade my study kits - I still had the kits from 2003! I'm sure if I had the current version I could have done even better. There are now SEVERAL preparation and study guides for the TExES exam but this one I do believe was the first, and the best. I have heard horror stories of people having to take the test 5 and 6 times and boy does that get expensive. TExES Master is worth every dime and with a money back guarantee you can't go wrong! Just follow the study tips. Other teachers who are teaching (uncertified) asked me why I didn't just start teaching and get my certification while teaching. I did not want the test looming over me determining whether or not I would keep my job. I also know that districts tend to hire certified candidates first and then when those spots are filled go back and consider uncertified candidates. As I attend job fairs I hear uncertified or recently certified teachers talk of how they were hired for a position but at the last minute a certified candidate came along and took their position - even after a contract was offered to them! The best thing about being certified is that I am confident and prepared to start my teaching careers. There are generally 3 lines at every job fair. (1) Certified - shortest line - I am proud every time I have to stand in that line (this line is also for Student Teachers), (2) Alternative Certification Programs (pretty long line), and (3) Uncertified (Longest Line) - sometimes during job fairs uncertified applicants are asked to leave a copy of their resume and basically leave... To make a long story short (ok to end a story that's already long) - tell anyone studying for any TExES exams to buy this product! They will be well prepared. The TExES Master is becoming better known as I hear people talk about the "Red, White, and Blue Prep Kit" but they sometimes don't know what it is called. I always tell them to go to the website (http://www.texes.net/) and order TExES Master and if they follow the directions (although I studied in less time) they will do well. Hopefully I land a teaching job soon - wish me luck! Thank you again to Art and the HELP Team!!! Respectfully Yours, CaTrina L. Wright Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude ~Unknown Author~ Art, My daughter, Jennifer, just received her ESL Supplemental test scores today. She passed with a score of 261. She told me that without those flash cards, which enabled her to know a lot of information and definitions she would not otherwise have known, the test would have been difficult to pass. She felt great about the results when she left the testing site. She feels the flash cards were a God send. Thanks so much for this fantastic product. Cathy Echols Hello Mr. Williams, I am not writing to thank you YET for help with passing the ec-4 generalist. What I am writing to say is Thank you for being so nice! I have been reading all of your information about your product and the way you explain so many details in such a clear way. OK, this is embarrassing, you have actually made me cry!!! I failed the generalist in August with a 238. I am in a certification program so I have not had classes to prepare me for the test. I studied from 10-12 hours a day for 2 1/2 months prior to that test and was still so confused. No one, and I do mean no one, was there to help me. I had no idea why they kept saying that I needed to memorize the competencies as I did not see what they had to do with phonemes or the Caddo Indians! But I spent so much time trying to memorize all the wording and then when I took the test I remember the shock I felt when I realized that there was not a single question about the wording of a competency! I found out my grade right away since it was a CAT. I just felt numb and did not seem to care. It took me over a month before it hit me and when it did I was MAD!!! I felt like everyone had let me down. I feel that my desire to teach kindergarten is a true calling from God because I can relate extremely well with small children. I was mad because I thought that I would never become a teacher because of a test and I used to make all A's on tests! But this test was hard!!! So yes, you made me cry. You are the first person out of everyone I know, this includes professors, advisers, and even family and friends, to make me feel like I can do it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I thank God also because He certainly gave you a calling as well. Without you there would be a lot of good decent people who would make terrific teachers out there giving up. Keep up the GREAT work and I will write you when I get my passing score!! Sincerely, Tamye H. McSpadden I received my package on Saturday after ordering it on Thursday. That was fast. Thanks so much for your help!!! Patricia Mr. Williams, I would like to thank you because your program. The TEXES Master PPR EC-4 helped me to pass the PPR exam. I took the exam through the computer administered test. The way you suggest to follow the program that is exactly what I did and I was very successful. Thank you again. Ana Villarreal Art, I wanted to get a letter recommending your wonderful series in regards to studying for the PPR for Texas: When I first took the PPR, I failed by about 25 points, or more. I was so discouraged, because I had studied with various books, and truly wanted to pass - since I only had one year to do it in. I currently held a teaching position, and did not want to lose it the following year, due to failure of a test. I had been a teacher for about 10 years in CA, and also did not want the humility of not passing the test, as well. I saw Art's program on the computer in a commercial next to the SBEC website. I thought, ah hah - this has got to work! Well, I bought the needed materials, then studied, and studied, and did a bit of cramming too. I so desperately wanted to pass! His materials were so easy and user friendly. The cards, video, and terminology book were the best!! Some of them had questions almost exactly like the test! On the day of the test, I began answering questions, and WOW - I was so comfortable taking the test, it was a cake walk. I left the room extremely confident that I passed. Well, when I got my results, I passed so well - I only missed 13 points over all. I am telling you, this program works! You have to buy it!!! There is no other like it - you can be successful and be the teacher you have always wanted to be freely, with the PPR and other tests behind you, with one easy purchase - it is so worth it! Do it today! Well, use whatever you would like from what I wrote. I absolutely believe in your product. Kind Regards, Stephanie Barrington Hi I just wanted to let you know that I passed again the test PPR 100 EC-4 with a score of 263. I hope you remember that I passed the other one, EC-4 Generalist from April 14th test with a score of 243. Thanks for such wonderful product , I never would have passed had I not bought your program. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to take the TEXES Again thank you and god bless you Pendo Art, I passed the PPR the first time with your TExES Master! I did study everyday for several hours for two weeks. I took the CAT and just received my unofficial score of 252! Your study aid is the best and I appreciate the easy to follow information. Thanks so much! J Williams I passed the PPR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my scores today. Thanks. Javannah Art, I wanted to let you know that I passed the PPR EC-4 TExES test (first try). I ordered your study materials with only about 2-3 weeks to study. I scored a 279 with a minimum passing score of 240. Thanks so much. Christine Bryan Hello Art, I passed the EC-4 Generalist content exam on Feb. 24, 2007. I am now preparing to take the PPR on May 15, 2007. I have been studying since March 2007. I have watched your video several times. I first thank God. I also thank God for using you to help others in passing this test. Thank You, Javannah McCully Hi Mr. Williams, I want to say thank you for your study guide. I took my TeXes PPR EC-12 and passed. I scored 259 out of a possible 300 on it. I followed your suggestions on the DVD but instead of taking 6 weeks to study, I was fortunate to have about 10 weeks. I memorized all my Domains and Competencies by heart and I virtually memorized all the questions from your guide as well as the download from the SBEC website. Thanks again, Lynda Morgan I purchased your TExES Master PPR EC-4 review packet and passed on a first time go - it definitely helped me pass the test. I followed the directions in the packet and it helped me succeed, as anyone can do as well. I have and will continue to recommend these TExES Master products to everyone entering the Education field. Thank you Mr. Williams and staff Mr. Esquivel, Mercedes ISD Your TExES Master study materials were the only thing I used to study for the ESL Supplemental test. Someone had let me borrow some ESL notes from a course my district offers, but I found them confusing and relied solely on your study materials. My time to study was cut short due to several factors, but I watched the DVD once and took notes, then used the flash cards rigorously. I took the practice test and then went back to the flash cards I had trouble with before. I just received my scores- 283/300! Yay! Thank you so much for helping me when I didn't have the full 6 weeks and was in a jam. I am positive I would not have passed it had it not been for the TExES Master study kit. It even helped alleviate my stress during the test because the terms were so familiar, I could relate what I remembered on a flash card to the right answer. Whew! Thanks so much! I will recommend your materials to everyone I teach with! :) Amy Kincaid I just wanted to let you know that I passed both my PPR and Generalist EC-4 exams by using your program. I was so impressed with your study guides that I ordered the ESL Master. I will take that test in April. Thanks for all your help! Angie Downs Mr. Williams, I wanted to let you know that I have passed my last exam for teacher certification. I took my EC-4 PPR on February 27th. I made a 258! I was so excited. I took the exam online at Texas A&M Commerce, so when I finished I knew how many I got correct out of 80. It was great I didn't have to wait to see how I did, but I did have to wait a week for my actual score. I had fingerprints done yesterday and now I am waiting for my certificate. I wanted to thank you and let you know that the TExES Master is great!! I used it for both exams the PPR and Generalist. Thanks Again!! Marci Wilson Thanks for your response about the Special Education study guide and keeping me updated on when you hope to have it available. I took the test a week ago. I got a 273, but know that I could have done better if your guide was already available. The same thing happened with the ESL guide. You released it right after I took the test. Perhaps I should let you know when I'm planning to take another test so you'll know what to put out next :) When taking both the ESL and Special Ed tests I did find that the EC-4 Generalist and PPR TExES Master that I used when certifying a few years ago was a big help. Your products have been helpful in getting my career on the right track. Thank you for what you do! Melanie Lee Hi Art, I just took test 160 PPR ec-12 on Saturday. FYI, I scored 281. Even though the program I bought was TExES Master PPR EC-4, it was truly beneficial. The test was hard, I must say. I never would have passed had I not bought your program. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to take the PPR exam! Next focus is Gen EC-4. My test is scheduled for 2/24. I will keep you posted. Thanks again for the wonderful study guide! Regards, Leslie Watson Read Right Trainer, Irving ISD To Art Williams: Just wanted you to know that I studied for both the Bilingual and ESL Masters for exactly six weeks. I'm a certified teacher with eight years of experience. But since I stopped teaching for thirteen years to raise my four beautiful children, I knew that getting a teaching job was going to be competitive, even though I home schooled my children up to the eight grade. Thanks for offering these manuals; they were worth it. I took both the Bilingual and ESL Examinations on the same day (Dec. 9, 2006) and passed them both. Thank you for helping my resume look impressive. Presently I'm substituting schools (elementary - high school) and now that they know I've passed these tests, I'm being offered more sub. jobs especially in bilingual and ESL. I know I'll have a Bilingual or ESL teaching job soon. Thanks again, Anita L. Mr. Williams, I wanted to let you know that I used the TExEs Master for my EC-4 Generalist and passed. That was the second time I had taken that test and took it CAT in Commerce, Texas. Marci Wilson I just wanted y'all to know I passed the ESL supplemental on the first try with a 265 out of 300. Thank you for your study guides!!! Lee Darter Art I just wanted to tell you that I received your kit three weeks before I had to take my PPR for the fourth time. I had to cram six weeks worth of information in less than three weeks, I do not recommend this for anyone to do, but I had no choice, my probationary was going to expire soon so it was do or die. The first time I took the EC-12 PPR I made a 238 and my scores the next two times were 230 and 228, this was just studying on my own with a book I will not name. With the help of your product and many sent up prayers to God I passed my test. I just want to thank you and tell you to keep up the great work with this product - it truly helped me. I plan to order the Generalist 4-8 kit next. Thanks, LaRisa Kelly. Bilingual Master During the summer I had bought both the EC-4 PPR and Generalist I took both my exams in October and I passed both of them thanks to your kit. Now, I'm trying to get certified in bilingual. Elizabeth Padron I just wanted to let you know that I received my unofficial scores on my EC-4 PPR test from Dec. 9th. I scored a 290 and can attribute most of my success to the study materials I purchased from you. Thanks. vicky holland Hello Art! I just wanted to write and thank you and your staff for writing such an outstanding program. I just got my scores from the December 9th, 2006 TExES EC-4 test and passed with a fantastic score of 270. I believe that it was with the help of the Lord incorporated with the study schedule that I practiced and followed at your suggestion that aided in my success. Thank you again and I will recommend this guide to everyone. M Whitten Dear Mr. Williams, I purchased the TExES Master (PPR 4-12) four weeks prior to taking the test. I read and watched the video, and committed myself to it for the next four weeks. I am happy to say that I passed the test!! Everything in the packet was great; I recommend TExES Master to anyone. I am wondering if you offer any study material for Counseling, if so I am very interested in purchasing the packet. Thanks again for the coaching. Sincerely, Nedra Brown Art, Also, just to let you know. I took the EC-4 content exam, and got an 83. The flash cards were a big help! I only had a couple of weeks to study, and didn't use those two weeks very wisely, and your cards made a world of difference. I don't think I would have passed without them! Sincerely, Brian Gilson Hello, my name is David Winbush and I teach at Crockett High School in Austin, Texas and I know if you don't remember talking to me but I ordered your product and received it on the 19th of September. I took my test on October 31st. I am happy to say that I passed with a 265. My previous score was 230, I just want to thank you for all your help. The flash cards really helped me. I didn't know any other way to contact you. I was looking for the testimonial section on your website but I could not find it. Thank you again, David Winbush Mr. Williams I was a bilingual teacher for 4 years, went through the alternative certification program (which was horrible) and could not pass my bilingual ez or ppr. I finally gave up and stopped teaching. I have a good business career, but I love to teach and miss it very much. I found your program online just browsing and decided to give it a try. I studied every night for about 10 weeks and gave it a couple of 5 hour days right before the test. I took the test October 21, and ordered my TExES Master PPR study guides a week after that, because I did not want to waste time. I just got my online result yesterday and I was happy to find a 253!! I am glad I started studying for my next test 2 weeks ago. My plan is to start teaching in January after the Christmas break. Thank you very much for your help. You did what others could not do!!!! Mrs. Alonzo Art Williams Miriam Attached find some information about the authors of the products you ordered - you are in good hands! I am glad you ordered these products early - you have a lot to do. Realize that the PPR exam is more difficult to prepare for so make sure you get that product early too. Sincerely, Art Williams, TExES Master I just wanted to let you know that I got my unofficial scores online, and I made a 292 on the ESL Certification test!!! I had attended a 15 hour workshop for this test, and I didn't feel prepared at all. I ordered your materials and followed the recommended schedule. After the test, I was doubtful, but when I saw my score, I was so happy! Thanks for such a great product! Suan I am so excited I just had to write! I took my EC-4 Generalist test yesterday and I got 89 out of 100 right, and I just studied 17 days! I had already used your Bilingual study aid and got a score of 267!! This is truly the best guide. I tried the Kaplan, the Cliff Notes and the Princeton Review and these confused me so much I just opted for using only your flash cards and TExES Master is really what helped me pass. FYI I was in an Alternative Certification program and most of the students I went with had to take their tests 2 or 3 times and I passed the first time I took both!!! I am really happy with your product, its truly the BEST out there and I recommend it to everyone here. Two girls I know already got their own! Thanks a lot Art! I already have the PPR study aid and I am confident I will pass too! Maria G Lang Just wanted to let you know I passed my Texes EC-4 content. Your materials were extremely beneficial. I will recommend them to everyone. I also want to thank you again for bringing them to my office. You were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks, Gigi Burrell Art, I took the Generalist test today. I am so excited; I got 91 of 100 questions correct. Your program works!!! Thank you so much for all your help. I have to admit; about a week ago I felt I had already mastered your program so I purchased the Cliff Notes study guide to the TeXes exam. This study guide did nothing but confuse me and make me second guess everything I had learned from your program. It was a total waste of $ 30.00 and it caused me much mental anguish. So I put it away and looked back over your flash cards and practice test one last time. I am so glad I purchased your program!! Thank you, Elana Daigle Dear Art, I got my final score in for GEN EC-4. I made a 285. Thank you!! I want the Special Education Master as soon as it is available. Elana Congratulations! Your great success is due to the fact that you had the discipline to put the tremendous amount of material in TExES Master to permanent memory. Sincerely, Art Williams, TExES Master Art Williams, My name is Carletha Moore and I am a Alternative Cert Intern. I am going to SMU and purchase your product. I am going to do everything possible to study and take the EC-4 test for the 4th time. I almost gave up! I spent over $2000.00 in a program that was a waste! Thank you so kindly for allowing the interns to post their comments. It gave me hope not to quit! I have been a Sub Teacher for 1 year and my skills are AWESOME in a low-performing school to inspire children to learn. I would hate for society to lose me as a valuable, compassionate asset to the education system. Thank you so much! C. Moore Dear Dr. McCune and Mr. Williams: I had failed the EC-4th Generalist examination so horribly with a 216 that I really considered giving up my thought of ever pursuing a teaching profession altogether. This score was really a blow to my self-esteem, and I did not have any options until I came across your website by accident. I read the testimonies, and it really gave the positive self-esteem I needed to pursue my goal. Anyway, I purchased the TEXES Master over 3 months ago, and just looked at your flash cards...reviewed, reviewed, and reviewed them consistently with only using my prior study guides as a supplemental resource to review over. I had the confidence before the exam and after I took the exam because I knew that I mastered the material completely. I was a bit apprehensive these past few days before the scores came, but I think that is kind of normal. Today I got my scores back with a score of a 255. This was over a 39 point jump to the prior failed score. With out God's help and your TEXES Master there was no way I could have made it through that rigorous examination...smiles. I am planning to purchase the TExES Master PPR EC-4 for the upcoming schedule exam in April. I would like to personally thank you for helping students like myself to succeed in our dreams. Barrett Roseland Dear Mr. Williams: Less than four weeks before my PPR exam, I began to search the Internet for an additional study aid. I located your web site and was immediately impressed with your product. With only three weeks to study for the PPR exam utilizing your study aid, I devoted the vast majority of my time memorizing the flash cards. Also, I studied and reviewed the practice questions twice; at the middle and the end of my three-week study period. Finally, the memory sentences abbreviating the competencies greatly assisted me in identifying and matching each question to a specific competency. I just received my unofficial score report and passed!!!! I am now utilizing your study aid for my EC-4 Generalist exam. Your quality and comprehensive study aid is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Cheryl L. Quada Jefferson, Texas Cheryl Thank you for taking the time to write - you made my day! But, you deserve the credit for having the discipline to do all the hard work necessary to prepare - and you did it in half the time. With your work ethic I predict you are going to be a great teacher. I know you will excel on your TExES EC-4 Generalist exam. Sincerely, Art Williams, TExES Master Hello, Mr. Williams I am proud to say that I passed the TExES Pedagogy and Professional Resp. 4-8 with a score of 253. I have to say that after passing mytest for the third time it feels wonderful to take a huge load off my back. Thank you, Mr. Williams, for creating a wonderful program. My only regret is that I did not purchase your product the first time I heard and took the TExES test. Every time I took the test I felt I could pass the test on my own, but I found out that my methods of studying were not getting me any where with scores of 221. I was getting very frustrated of not being able to pass my test. Mr. Williams, when I received your product right away I started on the steps that you recommended and realized that I had a better understanding of answering questions on the practice test. I wish I could YELL to all those wonderful future teachers out there, that have not passed their TExES test and are not getting hired until they pass, that this is not a hoax this is the real thing that will help them pass their test, so they can proceed with their life as an educator. Again, Mr. Williams, thank you and I have already been telling people about your GREAT product. As a matter of fact, a processor from the University in which I graduated asked me what helped me pass my test and when I told her about your product she had heard about your product and offered to buy my kit. I told her that I was keeping my kit for future reference and it was not for sell, but I did give her one of the flyers that came in the kit with your website. Once again, thank you SO MUCH your product has helped me fullfill my goal as becoming an educator!!!! All My Thanks, Sylvia Ontiveroz from Odessa, Tx. Sylvia Thank you so much for such a thoughtful letter - you made my day! But, you are the one who did the work. Yes, TExES Master is a high quality product - but that does no unless the person who is using it has the discipline to follow the program precisely and do all the hours of hard required to internalize the material. Congratulations and a job well done. I know you are going to be a great teacher! Sincerely, Art Williams, TExES Master Hello Art, I wanted to thank you - the TExES Master study guides were great. I purchased the TExES Master EC-4 Generalist to study for my TExES 4-8 Generalist exam, and your TExES PPR 4-12 to study for my TExES PPR 4-8 exam for the December 2004 tests. I studied a total of 5 weeks (a couple of hours a day) and passed both the first time taking the test. It sincerely was a great investment, and I am passing the word to all future teachers. By the way, use the flash cards were the key! Sincerely, Wendy Hernandez Mr. Williams Your kit for the Generalist test EC-4 was excellent. I passed the test with a 251!! I was so excited I could not believe it! I have to take the PPR EC-4 and I am definetly going to use your materials. I have taken the Excet test several times and never passed it. Then I took the Texes once and failed, I tried again after using your materials and I passed it with just one try after using the study kit. I feel very blessed to have the study kit to help me. Thanks so much!! Sincerely, Connie Green Hi Mr. Williams, With the help of your product and Dr. McCune's preparation courses at SFASU, I did very well on my PPR exam. However, I have received a scale score, and I can't find a conversion table anywhere on the Internet. I only missed two questions on my PPR exam, and my scale score is 295. How do I find out the percentage? The TExES website says that since all questions aren't weighed the same, I can't simply use the number correct and the number missed to find out my percentage score. Thanks, (name withheld as requested) Congratulations - I have not heard of anyone who has scored so high using TExES Master or any other product! The product is excellent but you still had to have the discipline to do the work and to memorize all those flash cards. I predict you will be a great teacher...... As to the scoring, you made 97.5% correct on the exam. Roughly, the testing company multiplies this number times 200 then adds 100 to get your scaled score. It would work out like this for your score: 97.5% times 200 = 195. Then add 100: 195 + 100 = 295. Sometimes, the testing company makes adjustments to this score based on the testing date and/or version of the test you took. In your case, no adjustments were made. Sincerely, Art Williams Hi Mr. Williams, Just a short note to let you know that I passed the pedagogy-professional teachers test. Your study material and explainations were an excellent start in preparing for these tests. Thank you for publishing and the encouragement! Geetha Art, You have another satisfied customer. I studied your material intensively for the month prior to the exam in February. Frankly I wasn't very confident during the exam, but I kept my calm and didn't panic. I think narrowing down the choices and thinking through the choices is the best advice you give. I scored above 260 and am looking forward to successful completion with your PPR MASTER. Happy Easter and thanks again for the help your materials gave me. I doubt I'd have done as well without them. John Morgan I want to thank you, yesterday I receive good news. I passed my exam with 263 out of 300ts being a long ride for me. I just to be under the EXCET program, but due to some personal problems I had to start again in the TEXES program. I took a test prior to the last one. I made 238 a very frustrating score. I did not know what to do until I heard about your program. It help me tremendously. Therefore, I like to thank You very much Fernanado Perez Edinburg, Texas I took the Generalist EC-4 in February. I just got my results and I scored a 285! I only missed 9 questions! At first I took the practice test in the TExES bulletin and I failed miserably. Then a friend told me about an old copy of the Excet Texes Master that she was studying. I looked you up and ordered the most recent edition. I studied a lot and changed the way I looked at the questions and it paid off. I am currently enrolled in on line classes at UHV and I've told all my classmates that at least 70% of the questions on the test were covered in your material. I'm not sure how you've done it but I absolutely plan on getting the PPR EC-4 when its time. Thanks for such an inclusive study guide. I know I owe my excellent score to you. Cynthia Martin I just received my unoffical test scores today from my EC-4 Generalist exam I took on Feb 26, 2005 and I scored a 268. Thanks so much for your wonderful product! Yvette Art, Thank you for responding and for clearing up my question. You are truly making this task easier for me to do well. I will email you again when I get my results. Sherry J. Return To Top |
